These are operated by a 6.5 HP gasoline engine. This "PowerPack" is easigly removable with one person by a built in handle. Hydraulic hoses are removable by quick connect fittings. The engine, H4O Pump, return oil filter, suction filter, and control valve is removed as one piece. The fact that important parts can be easily removed to store at a customer's shop reduces the risk of theft. The 2 - 4" lift cylinders pin in place. They lift the tank when empty into place. The customer will pin all 6 legs and proceed to fill the water tower. Water level is controlled by a non-corrosive tank float. There is a 12" discharge valve mounted on the front hitch where customer will open and close the valve by chain fall. DOT approved lighting, reflective tape, and mud flaps.
We always build a level, compacted pad 10' larger around the base to prevent the tank from tipping over. Never leave tank elevated when empty, as the wind can tip the tank over.

Manual raise design will include the same options with no hydraulic system. The water tank will include 2 heavy-duty lifting eyes on top where a crane or 2 - reachall forklifts will hoist the tank till the pin holes are exposed and pined. This option reduces cost, but required machinery to lift into place.
